All game progress, career saves, and settings are stored exclusively on your local device using your device's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
8Bit Racing does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or social media plugins. No data is shared with any third party for any purpose.
8Bit Racing is suitable for users of all ages including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone. As no data is collected at all, the App complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations.
